AmeriTesting LLC is under the direction of Mr. Jorge Arteaga, P.E. who is a Licensed Professional Engineer registered in New York and California. As a Founding Principal, Mr. Arteaga has a vast structural engineering experience in new construction and renovation projects with more than 25 year experience in the structural design industry with last twelve years focused on project management, construction management and diversity of special and progress inspections per NYC Building Code. Mr. Arteaga has a successful experience in field special inspections, management,  and structural design of high-rise residential, commercial, and hospital buildings of steel, concrete, masonry, pre-cast, and wood structures applying the project standards and building codes requirements. Mr. Arteaga graduated from USM Caracas Venezuela in 1994 as a civil engineer with specialization in structures. Mr. Arteaga is proud to be part of the projects leader to help the successful completion of multi-million dollars projects as are: Madison Square Garden Renovation, NYU Langone Medical Center Kimmel Pavilion and Energy Building, MoMA Tower, USTA Arthur Ash Roof Addition, Sky View Parc, Citicorp NYC Headquarter Renovation, among others.

Studies determined that we spend more than 85% of our life time in a building, that is why we take seriously the importance of the building design and the special inspections to comply with the building code regulations and project specifications. As Mr. Winston Churchill said:
